Privacy

This website is a shop window. It has no accounts, no sign-in and no tracking — and the apps behind it each say plainly what they store.

Last updated 22 August 2026.

This website

docmaker.studio does not set analytics cookies, does not embed third-party trackers, and does not ask you for anything. There is no sign-up form and no newsletter. Every “get in touch” button on the site is an ordinary mailto: link that opens your own email program — nothing is submitted to us until you choose to press send.

The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps short-lived server logs (IP address, browser user agent, the page requested) for security and operational reasons. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you, and they are not combined with anything else.

If you email us

We keep your message and our reply for as long as we need it to deal with what you wrote about, and to keep a record of support and licensing history. We do not add you to a mailing list. Write to privacy@docmaker.studio to ask for a copy of what we hold, or to have it deleted.

The apps

Each app is separate, and its own terms apply when you use it.

  • MyDocMaker runs on your computer. The files you add and the PDFs you build are never uploaded to us — the app has no account, and does not need a connection to do its job. See mydocmaker.com/privacy.
  • DocMaker Calendar is a web app, so it does store your account, your events and any files you attach, on infrastructure we operate. It is built so that other people in your groups are only ever sent what you have allowed them to see — private events are masked before they leave the server, not hidden in the browser. Its policy is linked from inside the app.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
